Conscious enjoyment - that is our kitchen motto; as a family business, we personally ensure this. As master baker, Bastl Meyer delivers freshly baked organic bread from his own bakery for breakfast. As head chef, Nina Meyer ensures real moments of pleasure. Fruit, vegetables and meat come exclusively from selected suppliers in the region. Because organic enjoyment at the Ifenblick means: seasonal, natural, healthy and always varied! From August, we have come up with culinary theme evenings for our guests from Thursday to Sunday, such as barbecue evenings, Allgäu classics, dinner buffets with Nina's The Taste Spoon and Supper Club, an exclusive 4-course menu.

Hosts
My two siblings and me grew up in - and with - nature and so we want our children and grandchildren to experience it in the same way. That also means living in the moment in an environmentally conscious and sustainable way.Over the years, we extended to 100% organic and were officially certified as a BIO HOTEL in 2014. With our concept we want to give impulses to show that organic is an enrichment and no abandonment. In addition to "not changing towels every day", green electricity flows in our sockets, we clean with biodegradable cleaning agents, work with natural cosmetics and green our roofs.
