Joachim doesn't conjure up dishes, he cooks them - and with the best ingredients he can find. Whether meat from species-appropriate animal husbandry, fruit and vegetables from regional producers or unusual vegan and vegetarian creations - everything is of course organic. In the morning, breakfast awaits you with eggs from happy hens, homemade desserts and everything your heart desires - only if it has been produced fairly, of course. In the afternoon, Carola spoils you with delicious homemade cakes, and in the evening Joachim serves a delicious menu. What exactly? That remains a surprise.

The Oswalda Hus was originally a typical Walser farmhouse, which over the years was converted by the Müller family first into a guesthouse and later into a hotel. Over the last 20 years, Joachim has transformed the hotel into his own personal masterpiece - always in the spirit of the family: honest, individual and inviting. Just as the Oswalda Hus presents itself, so do we, the Müller family: full of joie de vivre, style-conscious, deeply connected with nature and future-oriented. Every evening, Joachim and his sister Carola conjure up a fresh organic dinner together.
