The suite is located on the second floor and is accessed via an original wooden spiral staircase from the early 20th century. It consists of a small living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with TV and minibar, bathroom and air conditioning.

Particular care has also been taken with the furnishings; beds and furniture are all made of wood and treated with natural colors. In order to guarantee the well-being of the guest, the furniture was placed in such a way that geomagnetic fields have no negative influence.

The flat is located on the first floor of the building that houses our small dairy farm.
The location of the building is very suggestive since it is situated above a small hill where you can enjoy the landscape of meadows and pastures surrounding our dairy. In fact, you can watch all the milking procedures of our Pezzate Rosse cows from the window.
It is very suitable for a family with children to have an experience in contact with nature and get to know the routine of a real farm (milking twice a day, tractors carrying the cheeses and transporting the freshly milked milk to the dairy).
You will also be able to meet Stefano and Filippo, our cheese-makers, who will not fail to give you a tour of the dairy (by appointment) and taste some yoghurt or freshly made cheese.

From the window of the flat you can see the tower of our farm centre, which is only 2.5 km away and can be reached either by car in 5 minutes or by bicycle (bringing your own from home or renting our e-bikes) in 10 minutes or on foot in 20 minutes .
The road that connects the dairy building with the bio-farm (with all the annexed services - bio-lake, bio-shop, restaurant) is unpaved but easily passable (at an appropriate speed) with any type of car.
