The vacation home "Maison Eveline" by chez Douverne is located in the historic town center and listed ensemble of Sommerach. The historic vacation home, with approx. 130 square meters of living space, will be completely renovated and furnished to a high standard by the end of 2025.

The first floor: The first floor has a historic gateway, which also serves as a covered terrace in the entrance area and is furnished with lounge furniture from WEISHÄUPL. A fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with Bora hob fan, wine fridge and seating for up to 6 people, a separate toilet, a bicycle storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes and, as a highlight, a private wellness area with jacuzzi and shower, complete the first floor.

The vaulted cellar: The private wellness area extends into the vaulted cellar. There you will find an architecturally beautiful sauna, adapted to the style of the house, with space for 6 people. The upper floor: The staircase in the entrance area takes you to the first floor. There you will find three separate bedrooms, all equipped with brand new Hästens box-spring beds. One of them is the master bedroom with a Hästens 2000T in king size (193x203 cm) and direct access to the bathroom. The master bedroom has a connecting door to a separately separable living area or another, second bedroom.
This second bedroom is equipped with a Hästens Excel in the size 160x200 cm. It is suitable for two children or two adults. With an occupancy of up to 4 people, this room serves as a living room with seating furniture and a large LED TV. The Hästens bed is then used as a sofa with 2 x 200x80 cm.

The third, separate bedroom has a Hästens Herlewing in king size (193x203 cm). All bedrooms are equipped with their own large closet.

The beautiful and high-quality daylight bathroom on the 1st floor is equipped with two washbasins, a toilet and a large walk-in shower.
